xNomad is proud to announce a redesigned booking and payment experience that enhances efficiency, transparency, and collaboration between brands and landlords. 

The new system streamlines every stage of the pop-up journey—from project creation to confirmed booking—within a single, intuitive interface.

This update also extends to Storefront France, which officially became part of xNomad earlier this year. Following the merger, all users across both platforms now share one unified system with the same streamlined booking flow, upgraded chat, and integrated payment process.

For Brands: From Discovery to Booking in a Few Steps

The redesigned flow has been developed to simplify the journey for brands, making it easier than ever to secure the right pop-up space.

Here’s how it works:

1 - Select Dates: Choose your preferred move-in and move-out dates directly from the space listing.

2- Register or Log In: If you’re new to xNomad, create an account; returning users can simply log in.

3 - Describe Your Project: Add your project title, description, social media links, and visuals to help landlords understand your concept.

4- Submit Request: Your request is automatically sent to the landlord, visible in your Requests dashboard.

5 - Start a Discussion: Use the upgraded in-platform chat to discuss availability, request viewings, or share details. Pre-set message templates make outreach faster and more professional.

6 - Negotiate and Confirm Details: Landlords and brands can now exchange messages in real time to align on price, dates, and logistics—all within the platform.

7 - Receive “Invite to Book”: Once both parties agree, landlords can send an Invite to Book directly through the chat.

8 - Complete Payment Securely: Brands will immediately see a Pay Now button and can finalize their booking directly on xNomad.

9 - Booking Confirmation: Once payment is completed, the booking is confirmed automatically, and both sides can continue communicating through chat for access and move-in coordination.

For Landlords: Faster, Smarter Management

Landlords also benefit from a redesigned experience that makes managing listings and requests faster, clearer, and more efficient.

Listing Creation — Powered by AI:

1- Add or Update Your Space: Create a new listing or edit existing ones directly from your dashboard.

2- Use the AI Assistant: Generate compelling, search-optimized titles and descriptions for your space. By answering a few simple questions, landlords receive personalized suggestions designed to attract more visibility and higher-quality requests.

3- Set Your Pricing: Define daily, weekly, and monthly rates with live calculations showing what you earn and what the renter pays.

4- Publish Your Listing: Once submitted, listings are reviewed by the xNomad team and made visible to thousands of verified brands.

Managing Requests — From First Contact to Payment:

1 - Review Incoming Requests: See all project details, proposed dates, and brand profiles at a glance.

2 - Start a Conversation: Communicate directly with brands through the improved chat function using pre-set or custom messages.

3 - Edit Price and Dates: Adjust details in real time within the request to match your negotiation outcomes.

4 - Invite to Book: When terms are finalized, send an Invite to Book. This triggers the renter’s Pay Now option.

5 - Renter Books the Space: Once payment is made, the status updates automatically through a clear three-step progress bar: Start a Discussion → Invite to Book → Renter Books the Space.

6 - Cancel Request (If Needed): If the space is no longer available or the project is not a fit, landlords can now cancel directly within the dashboard for better request management.

Unified Standards Across xNomad and Storefront France

Following the integration of Storefront France, both platforms now operate under the same modernized infrastructure. Landlords and brands across the globe can now collaborate through one seamless booking system—eliminating the need for emails or external payment links.

This alignment reflects xNomad’s ongoing mission: to make pop-up retail as smooth, transparent, and dynamic as e-commerce.
