We offer clients a full private floor with key code entry to the building and space, and 24 hour access. Whether you need short term or long term rental, we've been serving the fashion, showroom, and photography world since 2011. The facility is perfect for NYFW pre-production, showroom clients, or if you need a soundproof soundstage for a one day video shoot. With two studios, our space is perfect in handling complex shoots that need two different stages for both photo and video content. The separation is also perfect for showrooms and fashion week clients. Past NYFW clients include Adidas, Zadig & Voltaire, John Eliott, PrettyLittleThing, Eyesight Group
