Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out. WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP? Yes. Fees are dependent on the number of hours. DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE? COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events.
