Private, intimate, and versatile, 2500 sq. ft. venue, centrally located between LA and Orange counties. Our pre-lit, 800 sq. ft. main studio is designed for film and photo shoots, but can also be used as a podcast studio, a rehearsal space, or event space. The main studio features floor-to-ceiling matte black walls and a stained black concrete floor with a medium gloss finish. Equipped with 3 beautifully decorated green rooms, 2 private bathrooms, 1 hair and makeup room, 1 control room, a spacious reception area, a kitchen, and a large common area. All rooms can also be used for filming.
