Located between The Kitchen, the IAC Building by Frank Gehry and across from David Zwirner, our gallery space is in the heart of Chelsea between 10th and 11th avenue. 2,000 square feet of gallery/event space on ground floor including 500 square feet of a private outdoor terrace. Near the highline, this industrial and modern gallery space is perfect for Corporate Events, Fashion Pop Ups, and Short-term Exhibitions. FACILITY DETAILS: - 2,000 square feet, including outdoor terrace - Capacity: 200 - Room 1: 22 x 41 feet - Room 2: 16 � x 18 � feet - Terrace: 15 x 35 feet - 13.5 foot ceilings - Concrete floors - One unisex bathroom We require a deposit, subject to the scope and length of the rental agreement (Which will be returned to the client at the end of the rental period). As well, the premises will be in a clean condition at the entrance of the Client. The cleaning at checkout is at the Client?s expense. The gallery shall be left clean, in good conditions, and in order. Security at the Client's expense shall be required at events including the serving of Alcohol. We do not permit late night parties at our Gallery. Please be advised, there are five steps up at the entrance to the space. The Gallery is currently awaiting the installation of a new stairlift.
