It is fully furnished and decorated complete with full size couch, accent chair, small side tables, coffee table, desk, ergonomic chair, art, plants, sound machine. Separate, quiet waiting area included (pictures) for the use of 3 therapy rental rooms set away from adjoining wellness practice upstairs. Rental also includes: Wifi Front desk admin upstairs during normal business hours of the wellness practice upstairs. Available to direct your clients downstairs and smile/greet upon entering and exiting. Possible referrals from the established wellness practice upstairs when philosophies and needs align. Small storage space for things related to your practice. Preference is given to those who can commit to a particular day/time. In those cases, we would sign a basic lease agreement asking for 30 days notice of termination of lease with $300 deposit to cover any possible damages upon move out.
