This large open-concept space is an international arts & cultural center in the heart of Midtown Manhattan---less than a 10-minute walk from Bryant Park, Times Square, and Penn Station. The total rental space is 3,800 square feet, the perfect size for art exhibitions, photo shoots, art events, parties, and more.
The space is on the 14th floor of the historic Nelson Building, constructed in 1931 as the then-tallest skyscraper in the Garment District. The space sports large glass windows that allow plenty of natural light to shine through during the daytime, and a pleasant view of the Garment District. The interior of the space has blank white walls, wood floors and is equipped with a professional art installation system and gallery lighting.
The space includes 4 tables: 2 banquet-style dining tables that can sit more than 30 people and can also be used as conference tables, as well as 2 smaller tables that can pose as dj stands or buffet tables. The gallery contains 80 chairs open for use. Amenities include a bathroom, kitchen with tableware, and a large refrigerator and microwave. We can supply a single, large speaker and karaoke system with bluetooth connectivity, wireless microphone, and can supply paintings and decor as desired. We provide catering and live music if necessary. The space can hold up to 200 people.

Friday & Saturday

After 5pm: $450/hr
*Hourly rates double for events that run past 12am*
Daily (12 hours, between 8am and 12am):
Friday & Saturday: $4000
*Any events that run past 12am will be subject to an additional $400 per hour*

- Full payment required on hourly rentals.
-A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation on full day rentals.
