14 hrs access for an additional fee but you can also rent the billboard space on the building; please note it is subject to availability and the client needs to pay to fabricate and hang / remove this element in its entirety

there is a 10% admin charged directly to the client for the overall bill (we can discuss but fine to not include your space markup in the admin)

Incidental costs:

Onsite venue manager $950 per 14 hr day; $100 per hour OT

Security guards; min of 2 guards required but can increase based on guest count / event type

Each guard is $70 per hour with a 4 hr minimum

Post event cleaning $1,800

Post event garbage removal $650
