Our layout offers an expansive airy studio space with 20 ft tall ceilings supported by playful pops of color in the piping and the beams that really brings this space to life. The versatility of this studio is endless and the space is fully equipped to help you realize anything you can dream up.�This studio is stocked with kitchen amenities, wardrobe amenities, backdrops and a large selection of props. There are two parking lots right outside the building for cars and large production trucks, as well as a built-in conveyor belt making it convenient to load your gear and equipment in and out of the space with ease. With separate rooms for hair and makeup and a client lounge this space was consciously designed to let your creativity run loose. This location has an optional additional 3,000 sq/ft artist?s loft with both Southern and Eastern exposure providing a flood of natural light. This unique & elegant space is filled with quirky & unusual props and boasts high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors. We work with you at every step - before, during, and after - to help make your vision a reality with the highest level of quality and service. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the events and production industry for 5+ years. We have a hands-on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Our customer experience team can coordinate all your booking needs such as catering, food and beverage, entertainment and rentals. Let us coordinate the logistics for vendors you already know you want to work with or we can also reach out to our large network of some of NYC's best caterers and vendors tailored to your budget and preferences. Once you book the space, before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you to load in your equipment, set up all the tech you need and will be available (but out of your way) on-site the entire time in case you need assistance. After your booking, the on-site rep will help you load-out your equipment. COI is mandatory for all productions, offsite meetings and events. For Individuals - we can help you sort this out using our trusted COI supplier which is very affordable. Pricing Prices shown in this listing are our minimum before qualifying your reservation.
