This classic Brooklyn corner space offers 1,100 sq ft at ground level with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall on one side and one very large window on another, giving way to light beams at all hours of the day. A portable 9ft photo backdrop is located in the back of the space, nearby to a dressing room and bathroom. Various curtain options for lighting and privacy make this space truly versatile. Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival, however will not be present during your reservation, but will be on call by telephone and able to return to the space if needed. ? Check-Out The host will be on site at your check out time to do a final walkthrough. Please communicate at least one hour in advance if you need more time. ? Cleaning Fee The cleaning fee is included with your booking. However we expect the space is mostly left as found, with any garbage being properly disposed of and items returned to their original location. ?
