Cultural Creative and Eventspace in Berlin-Kreuzberg

YARD900 is a 1200 m² raw and versatile creative space in Berlin-Kreuzberg, featuring four flexible rooms with generous panoramic windows and natural daylight. Designed as a creative playground rather than a conventional event venue, the space offers an industrial, understated backdrop that can be shaped to suit each project.

The rooms work well for photo and film productions, pop-ups, exhibitions, workshops, rehearsals, performances, brand activations and events, with one room featuring mobile mirrored wall panels for added flexibility. Located in the vibrant Zeughof area, YARD900 is close to the Spree, right next to KitKatClub and just a five-minute walk from Schlesisches Tor, surrounded by creative businesses, cultural destinations and nightlife.

Renters have access to electricity, water, a kitchen area, refrigeration and bar glassware, with additional production, furniture, lighting, sound and catering resources available depending on the project. The space offers no noise restrictions, with cleaning, security and other operational services available to coordinate as needed.
