Each studio offers a unique aesthetic, from sleek and modern to raw and industrial, eliminating the need to scout multiple locations to achieve different looks. Whether you're producing a large-scale commercial, an editorial campaign, or a multi-set brand shoot, our space provides unmatched versatility and convenience.

Our facility features four cyclorama studios, three of which are pre-lit with RGB LED GODOX lighting, along with a naturally lit daylight studio that offers stunning versatility for any production. All lighting can be managed via a provided tablet, ensuring effortless adjustments on set. The ceiling lighting grid is built to support over 500 pounds, allowing for secure rigging of additional lights, cameras, or set design elements.

Three of our cyc studios are painted White by default, and one is painted Chroma Green. However, we offer custom color repainting for an additional fee to match your project’s aesthetic.

You will also have access to a deluxe 70-seat theater and an expansive 6,500 sq. ft. multipurpose space, complete with a built-in bar, high ceilings, large windows with scenic views, and private restrooms. For added convenience and discretion, our facility is equipped with two separate entrances, ensuring exclusive and private access for your team and clients.

In addition to our premium shooting spaces, the buyout includes access to our lounge area, gourmet kitchen, makeup room, common areas, and conference room. Conveniently located in Brooklyn, our studio is surrounded by top-tier prop houses, set builders, and equipment rental vendors, ensuring everything you need is within reach. Plus, we offer in-house equipment rentals, making it easy to access all the tools you need for your project.
