Apartment Studio - a silent space for creative ventures

I just moved to Paris to set up a concept apartment called "Rauhm - a silent realm for creatives" that can be rented for shootings, art & design staging, and other creative ventures I want to support. It's a 95m² apartment with 5m high ceilings and windows in a quiet street in Belleville. It comes with a newly redone wooden floor, midcentury style window panels and minimal design furniture. Located on the 1st floor, with parking/unloading in the backyard makes it very convenient for productions with larger equipment.
