Formerly a member's club, this unique space is located on the ground floor of a double-fronted building just off of Oxford Street. Inside, the space is modern and sleek with feature and spot lights. At the back is a screening room for film and video-art showcases.

The space has top of the range Erco LED track lighting. Each individual light has adjustable dimming capacity. There are Glass Façade spots for window display and two halogen construction lights for ground illumination.

There is access to a basement for the storage of goods and equipment. The basement also includes a basic kitchen with a microwave, fridge and kettle for staff. Redecoration is possible but the property must be returned to the same condition as found. The exterior should not be redecorated but its windows may be branded.

Cleaning is included in the price. No activity, including loading, can happen outside of 07 00 - 23 00.
