Charming Mid City art gallery in turn-of-the-century industrial space that has a private rear courtyard that is perfect for receptions, banquets, dinners, outdoor screenings, and live music. The front of the gallery has nearly floor-to-ceiling windows ideal for exhibiting art, serving as an artist studio, or general work space. It has rear gate access for easy loading and unloading and plenty of street parking. There is also many great cafe and bistro options within a short walk from the space. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Catering: Outside catering is permitted. Music Policy: Music is allowed; however, please be mindful that this is a residential area. Loud music is not permitted after 10:00?11:00 PM. Cleaning and Restoration: The space must be returned to its original condition. Any holes made in the walls must be properly filled, sanded, and painted using the specified paint (Dunn-Edwards, Spartawall, interior flat paint no sheen ref: SWLL10. There is a Dunn Edwards on Washington & Venice). Scuff marks on walls must be cleaned (Mr Clean Magic Eraser recommended), or painted over. All trash must be removed from the premises by the renter. Garbage containers on-site are not for renter use, and there is no dumpster available. Trash Disposal Fee: A flat fee of $80 will be charged for any garbage left on-site, up to 5 bags. For garbage exceeding this amount, an additional disposal fee of $150 will be applied.
