The space is equipped with a variety of amenities including high-speed wifi, a private balcony, two 55-inch 4K televisions, speakers, and a mini fridge. All of the furnishing and equipment in the space is brand new. This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Usage: This space is great for pop-ups (such as fashion apparel and swimwear), conferences, workshops, team-building events, product demos, speaking events, book clubs, lectures, classes, focus groups, presentations, improv sessions, coaching sessions, seminars, and more! Furniture can be removed or moved to better suit your needs. Neighborhood Details: The space is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of restaurants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28-foot balcony with a great view of the village.
